Delivery

We ship across Ukraine using the Nova Poshta service three times a week. Delivery days of our store: Monday, Wednesday, Friday. In case of workload, your order may take 3-5 days to be shipped. If the order is placed on one of the shipping days before 14:00, it will be shipped the same day, during the normal warehouse hours. You can view the status of your order and the waybill in your personal account. We inform you about all changes in the working hours and other updates on the website or on Instagram @noeled.ua.

We send only to the Nova Poshta branch and by courier. Delivery to a post office is not possible due to the lack of the ability to inspect the parcel and draw up an act with the postal carrier about the damage to the parcel.

We do not currently work with cash on delivery, we apologize for the inconvenience.


Payment and refund

Payment is made only through the monobank electronic system. Payment by bank details is available only in the Instagram direct.

Currently, cash on delivery is not available on our website at all.

In the event of a product mismatch, damage due to our fault, return or exchange, the refund takes 1-2 weeks (if it is a return or exchange of goods, the refund is made only after we receive the returned goods).

Refunds due to glass breakage are possible if the damage was detected immediately at the Nova Poshta branch in the presence of an administrator or other employee and if there are video or photo materials that can testify to the damage to the items or improper packaging. Return of goods


Term of exchange or return of goods: within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel at the branch, not counting the day of purchase and delivery days.

Exchange conditions:

- if the product has not been used;

- its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels are preserved;

- the payment document (electronic) with the date of sale is saved.

In case of refusal (if the goods are sent properly and according to the electronic waybill), the buyer pays for the return, according to the carrier's tariffs.

If the goods do not match the specifications on our part, we make an exchange at our own expense. In case of glass breakage, we resolve the issue in person individually depending on the situation in Telegram @NoeledUA, on Instagram @noeled.ua or via e-mail noeledcnc@gmail.com. Refunds due to glass breakage or exchange of goods are possible if the damage was detected immediately at the Nova Poshta branch in the presence of an administrator or other employee and in the presence of video or photo materials that can testify to damage to the items or improper packaging, as well as in the presence of a drawn up act from Nova Poshta.


Not subject to exchange and return

According to the Law on Consumer Protection (Annex 3), the items cannot be exchanged or returned:

- wooden products cut or cut to the size specified by the buyer (customer); - wooden products with individual engraving specified by the buyer (customer);
